Viking Malt and sister company Senson will attend the Food ingredients 2021 event in Frankfurt on 30 November – 2 December.
Viking Malt will be exhibiting under its new Sprau® brand. The Sprau® ingredients are germinated faba beans that can be used in many food applications, such as plant-based dairy and meat alternatives. As the seeding launch of Sprau® happened during the pandemic, we are very excited to be able to present the innovation at a physical event for the first time.

Senson will focus on this year’s fair on their updated brand, but most of all on their Gluten Free Malt Extracts portfolio. This is a category that has been growing rapidly during the past few years.
