We’re pleased to share that Viking Malt is one of the signatories of the Declaration of Intent for the SAI Platform Regenerating Together Programme. The emergence of one common standard is a long-awaited step that will help commercialize regeneratively grown produce.
At Viking Malt, the ambition is already present in our own activities. We are working with farmers, customers, and partners to advance regenerative agriculture through collaborative projects and farm-level data collection as well as with product innovation such as Sprau®, which supports more diverse crop rotations and increased biodiversity in agriculture.
